I am currently trying to create a program through Journey Orchestrator - I am able to do everything I need to however when I go to update the merge field with a GS custom field with a link in it it will not either show or populate. Every other merge field is cooperating when I map it - 

 

I have tried to create the audience both with a CSV which has the information and with Data Designer which again has that field. 

 

The template I am using is being used successfully when we validate the email in the task itself manually. 

 

I am about ready to go nuts so any help is greatly appreciated. If i can get the link in there I can get these emails out. I have tried to reach out GS but they are closed for one of their many holidays/recharge days.

Have you posted this in the GGA (Global Gainsight Admin) slack community #quickhelp channel? These questions tend to get much faster responses there, but cross-posting solutions here for long-term visibility is also good!

On this program -- have you built this in advanced JO or the new dynamic JO?

One more quick thought (following screenshot is from advanced JO) -- have you unchecked the “Show Selected” checkbox in the merge step? That field won’t be brought through to the participant fields available for mapping until it’s selected there.

 

I am using the new Dynamic JO.
