Existing Playbook Name: CSM - Quarterly Business Review

Requirement: When the existing CTA w/ this assigned Playbook is closed, the system should auto-trigger a new CTA, of the same type/playbook, due 90 days later, and assign to the CSM on the account.

Hi , 

Here are the steps :
1. Create a rule with Dataset on Call to action .
2. Select company ID , playbook name , status , CTA Name .Filter where Playbook name = “CSM - Quarterly Business Review” and status = closed success and closed Date = rule date - 1.
3. Action → call to action .
