Could I get some more info on the Customer Journey on the new C360 page?  We are really excited about utilizing the new layout, but I just wanted some more details on the Customer Journey and how that works.

You can configure manual and/or automatic milestones (https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Timeline/02Admin_Guides/Configure_Automatic_Milestone_Types) to be tracked and shown in the customer Journey (https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/07360/New_360_Experience/About/360_Overview).

For example, you can configure a Milestone for CSM update, the only way we had before to capture those changes would have been a custom object and a rule to update that object. Now, you can achieve a similar result without the extra effort, that data is stored in the Activity Timeline object:
