Currently we are not able to add Rich text fields to Timeline entry layout, As our CSM’s depends on Timeline activities they are not able to filter on the Notes field.

CSMs cannot filter on the Notes field in Timeline activities because the Notes field is typically a Rich Text field, and Gainsight does not support filtering on Rich Text fields in rules, as well as in Group By fields in reports. This limitation is due to the nature of Rich Text fields, which can contain various formatting and HTML elements that are not compatible with the filtering mechanisms.
If you still want to go ahead with notes filter, you might have to create a data designer with transforms.
