Hey!

I am trying to set my conditional wait for an nps survey and I keep getting this error message no matter what # I enter between 1-10.  HELP:(

@MelissaC Are you adding a number in the second row of your screenshot where it reads Repeat ____ times?

You need a value in there to instruct Gainsight on the maximum number of reminder emails your participant will receive.

Making people their best....currently disguised as a CS Ops Architect. How can I contribute to your success?
