NPS Tile in 360 - Color Coded

Is there a way to color code the NPS tile to reflect either, red, yellow or green?

@MelissaC There once was a gauge style graphic that you could include in the NPS widget inside the Summary. I don’t have the ability to check that any longer in my instance because I’m on the newer C360, but if memory serves:

  • Go to your C360 settings: Admin > Company > C360
  • Open the Summary section.
  • Look for a Settings (gear) icon within the NPS panel.

That should give you some option to display a graphic / gauge / color to better clarify the NPS scores.
