CS v6.14.2 Release is Live

NXT v6.14.2 is live today. This patch release primarily contained fixes. Read all about it in the NXT patch release notes. The SFDC edition also received the patch release today,  check out the SDFC release notes

This is so exciting! Great opportunity to get credentials to prove your expertise.

Finally! Looking forward to it :)

@lila_meyer, the patch notes that you linked to only have updates for the 6.14.1 release. Will this link be updated with 6.14.2 notes accordingly?

Hi @hpritchard My apologies; the 6.14.2 content is visible now!

In order to use the free promo code, do we have to take the exam by 9/4/20? Or just register for a date by then?

Hi @Kate You just need to register by 9/4!

This is great news!  Thank you for the heads up @lila_meyer

It’s a great tool to help study for the new test. Happy studying!!

Hey there! On average, how long does one study for the NXT certification exam? Is it recommended to study for 2-3 months, shorter, or longer?

Hi @jaw We recommend that Admins have at least 4 months of hands-on experience administering Gainsight before taking the exam. Also, keep in mind that the exam covers all the key areas of Gainsight, so you want to read up and familiarize yourself with Surveys, JO, Scorecards, etc. Here’s the study guide and other resources as a reminder.

Thank you @lila_meyer !
