@lila_meyer, the patch notes that you linked to only have updates for the 6.14.1 release. Will this link be updated with 6.14.2 notes accordingly?

In order to use the free promo code, do we have to take the exam by 9/4/20? Or just register for a date by then?

Hey there! On average, how long does one study for the NXT certification exam? Is it recommended to study for 2-3 months, shorter, or longer?

Hi @jaw We recommend that Admins have at least 4 months of hands-on experience administering Gainsight before taking the exam. Also, keep in mind that the exam covers all the key areas of Gainsight, so you want to read up and familiarize yourself with Surveys, JO, Scorecards, etc. Here’s the study guide and other resources as a reminder.
