Wanted to check is there is any official documentation for the CTA Reason definitions? I see a couple of them already created, not sure if they were created while setting up the instance or they are the predefined ones.

Here is the link to the documentation. For what I can see in your screenshot, seems they are the default ones (Advocacy is missing in that list but the GIF shows it so that is an OOTB reason).

I am actually looking for definitions of each of the reason types. Are you aware of any such documentation? For example: what does Advocacy mean?


Sorry for the misunderstanding! I focused in the “I don’t know if they are predefined“ piece but you did ask about definitions 🤦‍♀️
