Overdue tasks by CSM

I am trying to create a report for overdue tasks by CSM. Everything in Vault is based on overdue CTA's. I think I am getting close, but the way I have this currently set up, I think I will be missing some tasks. Since I am filtering by overdue CTAs, and showing sum of open tasks, I may be missing tasks that are overdue even though the CTA's is not overdue.

    Hi Ky, you are correct.  You can use source object CSTask instead to get all tasks which are overdue instead.  Will that help?

      Hi Ky! Here's how we filter open/work in progress CTAs by CSMs, so they can click into the report on the dashboard to see which are overdue.
