This year at Pulse we are dedicating an entire track to Admins! Our intent is to give you Gainsight product specific content that is useful for all of our amazing admins. We'll have product roadmap deep dives where you can learn about our direction on the platform, CSM end user solutions and beyond! We'll also focus on how you can leverage your customer usage and interactions to drive better business outcomes.

A major component of the admin track will be Customer Showcases. Different than other customer showcases that might focus purely on the business side of things, this showcase will ask customer admins to present their technical solution AND go deep on how they did it. Think of it as a "recipe" that attendees can take home and try on their own.

We know that you will want to be in attendance for all of these technical sessions!

But ... there's more ... Would you like to be a featured presenter at Pulse as part of the Admin Success Track? If you have a creative solution you built using the Gainsight Platform and would like to share how you did it to an audience of your peers, let us know about it. Send us an email to adminSummit@gainsight.com and share your idea submission. We'll be picking the most creative solutions over the coming weeks and will reach out to you to share more details.

See you at PULSE!!

@dan_ahrens This is such a great addition to the Pulse content!

Oh, and one additional mention - presenters at Pulse get their event pass comped, so you can attend for free (event admission is covered, but travel and other expenses are not).

Paging some community champions!!

PS - the new @mention feature is so sweet!

I'm sensing a little American Idol / Survivor / America's Got Talent competition here.

#DontGetVotedOff

@matthew_lind - you gotta be in it to win it!

Send your admin use case submission to adminSummit@gainsight.com!

I'm not attending Pulse this year.

I don't think I'll be able to attend either.

This is a great opportunity to learn from your peers and industry leaders at our Pulse conference (with a FREE pass), and to share your own experiences! Tagging a few more Community leaders for your consideration... @ben @kelly @john_applebaugh @johnny_burtchaell @diane_morneau @jeremy_curry @andrew_biehle @keith_mattes @angela_domenichelli @diana_luo @jen_pakravan @mai_hoang @andy_roy @einat_pick @brad_jennings @elizabeth_adams_c593ee @jahnavi @jake_smith @lori_dinardo @scotty @tom_wix

@dan_ahrens and @lila_meyer Is there a way we can get more detailed info on admin track/technical sessions?

Hi @faust_belarmino - we are still finalizing some of the content, but you can see the main tracks that we are featuring here: https://www.pulse19.com/tracks/

This site also has other Pulse info on the overall schedule, accomodations, registration, etc.

Hi @lila_meyer,

Thank you so much for thinking of us!

Do you have a list of topics that you are looking to have covered or are you looking for any topic that the admin will submit?

Hi @jeremy_curry . What we're looking for would be to have customer admins present a challenge they faced in either the business or in driving adoption, their technical solution AND to go deep on how they did it. Think of it as a "recipe" that attendees can take home and try on their own.

Many Gainsight admins are more junior in the role or are looking for a creative "spark" to help them uplevel their Admin Game.

Some examples of ideas submitted so far:

  • Strategies to drive internal adoption

  • Handing a massive customer upgrade initiative (70,000+ customers)

  • Managing large volumes of data from multiple source systems

  • Making CTAs more actionable (including feedback loops from the users to the admin)

  • etc

Thanks for the addition info @dan_ahrens!

What is the submission deadline for ideas?

Hi Jeremy, thanks for asking. We are looking to finalize our decisions very soon, and will issue a last call for submissions by EOD Thursday March 14.

@dan_ahrens @lila_meyer Will there be an admin track for Pulse 2020?

Yes, that's the plan at this point, though formal planning for the detailed agenda has not started yet. Hope to see you there!
