@cnduka You can indeed create new custom fields on a Relationship or a Company.

I’m not quite sure from the description of your problem if your need is best met by a new field on the Relationship, or the Company, or on the Success Plan. Good news, however, is you can create custom fields on any of those. Just be thoughtful about adding fields, because as you might guess, once you add a field and it starts taking on data, it can be difficult to back out or adjust the field to place it elsewhere later.

Note that an administrator such as yourself will need to create the custom field first, and then subsequently add it to a layout so that it’s visible to your users. End users (thankfully) won’t be able to create their own custom fields.
