Renewal Management - SFDC Opportunities Integrated into 360 View
We are managing our Renewals by creating 'Opportunities' in SFDC - need a way for my CSMs to see and track those renewal opportunities in their 360 view. ANy way to do this?
Yes! Create a report(s) of the Opportunity views you want. Then add a Section to the C360 to display the Reports. The Section Type will be a related list. You can make multiple reports available, and set a default.
