I want to build a report around Success Plans and how many are in progress.
What object would I report on to see this by Account/CSM?

Report - Success Plans
+4You can use the “Success Plan” object to build the intended reports.
For the example you have shared, you can pull the Success Plan → GSID in the “Show Me” section and Group by Company → Name or GSID (to group by CSM you can pull CSM → GSID).
Then you can apply the Status (pull name under the Status lookup) filter to get the in Progress Success Plans count.
