Reporting on initial outreach (SLA)

Is there a way to create a report that can track the difference between when a CTA was created and the initial outreach (phone or email) by a CSM. 

For instance, CTA created 7/27/2022 at 2:41 PM and the first outreach in the timeline after that CTA is 7/27/2022 at 3:47 PM (or first task completed on the playbook). The report would tell me that the first outreach was 1 hr and 6 min (and falls within our SLA agreement for first outreaches of 4 hours).
