Salesforce just release some new functionality titled "Big Objects" that our development team will be very excited about.

@Gainsight - Will the rules engine work out of the box with data stored in Big Objects?

    It might be little early to confirm the compatibility of Rules Engine with Big Objects in Salesforce. 

    Team will try to spend some time in the upcoming weeks to understand Big Objects.  We will post updates to the community when we have more details.
