Salesforce sharing settings - exporting presents a security risk

Salesforce sharing settings are not respected at all when user tries to export a certain dashboard for example.

Sharing settings is in beta and there's a note stating that very same thing, however this should be resolved in the near future otherwise respecting Salesforce sharing settings doesn't mean much if any user can obtain all data through export.
