I'm looking for approaches to objectively test whether our customer health score is actually predictive and effective.  We've built out our scoring model, but I want to move beyond gut-feel validation and use data to verify it's working.  Does anyone have any experience or recommendations in this area?

@DCourtot Have you checked out Scorecard Analyzer?  You should be able to get an idea of how successful it is at predicting risk/churn with that.

@DCourtot Yes, it’s been very helpful for us to be able to identify measures that we can get rid of because they don’t tend to show any correlation with renewal.  It really depends on how you use your healthscore too.  We do tend to keep the measure, and just move them to 0% weight for a bit for reference.
