- Go to chrome://settings/searchEngines
- Add a search engine:
- Search engine = Gainsight Go
- Keyword = gg
- URL = https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Asupport.gainsight.com+%s
And a pro pro tip - if you use Chrome - add a custom keyboard shortcut just to search GainsightGo:

Thanks for the tip - this is great Sai!
Hey Sai! I saw a post in the past about doing this for Gainsight Community... but I can't seem to find it. Did you make that post as well?

You can do this for Gainsight Community (I have both shortcuts set up in my Chrome) too:
- Go to chrome://settings/searchEngines
- Add a search engine:
- Search engine = Gainsight Community
- Keyword = gc
- URL = https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Acommunity.gainsight.com+%s
Just came across this post. Thanks
