A recent discussion with a colleague centered around breaking down data silos for CSMs; specifically where conversations are held both in SFDC chatter, and in Timeline.
Is it possible to ingest Chatter Data from the Account/Contact level from SFDC and show this in the relevant timeline in CS?
I’ve taken a look in the support documentation, and in the community without success - hoping I’ve missed somethin.

+3Bumping this - anyone from Gainsight able to shed light on this? I believe it was a feature in CS SFDC, but isn’t in NXT?? 🤔
+2If my memory it accurate. The chatter posts are essentially records within SFDC.
So, you should be able to source this object and then post to timeline via API. Assuming you know how to use the API/external actions.
+6hi team - any update on this? is it possible to import chatter from cases to timeline?
