We are using sharing group to provide dashboard permission to particular department. But Sharing group name is visible to user under dashboard dropdown list. Is it possible to hide sharing group name in dashboard dropdown list?

Thanks for sharing the link , Revant. But there is no option to hide user group in the dashboard dropdownlist.
