Hello! We are starting a new process with our CX team that involves utilizing Success Plans as an Account Tracker to track milestones and objectives for our accounts. I have noticed several limitations with this feature and I’m wondering if anyone has any workarounds or best practices to share.

The Success Plans will need to be shared with multiple CX users as well as Sales. Is there not a direct link to access an individual Success Plan? For example, when a user sends another user a link of the Success Plan (after the SP has been shared with the user), the link takes the user to the main SP page. This is challenging for users who do not own the SP as they have to sort through a list of SPs to find the correct one. I am concerned this will drastically impact user adoption unless there is an easier way for users to access an individual SP.
