Many of you heard at Pulse Everywhere how excited we are to launch Sightline Vault, which provides access to pre-configured solutions built by Gainsight and the broader Gainsight community. These solutions help you effectively utilize Gainsight features and incorporate best practices into your Gainsight instance with the click of a button. This not only allows you to see value faster, but significantly reduces the amount of time and effort your team spends setting up/configuring Gainsight.

Here are just a few examples of the solutions you’ll find in Sightline Vault:

  • End-to-end CSAT survey process.

  • Weekly digest emails for internal Gainsight users with details of their past activities and upcoming tasks.

  • COVID-19 risk assessment and portfolio view – ready to help you understand account risk based on our own best practice.

To learn more about why we believe this an important extension of our community, click here. For information on how to start importing Sightline Vault solutions into your org today, click here.

Share Your Solutions with the Gainsight Community

We also want to encourage you to share your best practices with the broader community! If you have a working asset or a set of assets that you’d like to submit, tell us about it in this quick form. Our team will review your contribution and work with you to get it featured in the Sightline Vault. After it’s approved, your name and profile photo will be displayed prominently with the solution in Sightline Vault.

A few tips for preparing your submissions:

  • Each solution should be able to solve a definite use case end-to-end.

  • Solution should not solve a use case that is already solved by a Gainsight OOB feature.

  • Assets in solution should not refer to any external web links.

  • Assets in solution should not refer to uploader name or company logo.

Thanks to @sumesh, Gainsight’s Associate Director of Product Management, for bringing Sightline Vault to life!

Thanks for the links. I was looking forward to this as it's always interesting to get inspired by what other companies are doing. Will have a look at those weekly digest emails soon...

Looking forward to having a look around these!
