UPDATE: We got it working!
We are trying to set up a connector to Snowflake and having some issues setting up the connection. We’ve double checked all the credentials and tried several combinations, and still not having much luck. Does anyone have any tips on additional things to check?
We wound up having success with connecting to a user name and password that we knew worked, and then, editing and changing to the one we had created for Gainsight.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
