In the new 5.0 UI, how do I sort rules by rule name? I have created rules using a naming convention, so this is very important for me.

This is probably not how it is supposed to work (which I will find out) but did find if you uncheck-check the Active flag it will sort by name.
Or in the filter, click on the magnifying glass and choose rule name - will also perform the sort.
There was as issue in 5.0 release and rules were listed in the order of their creation. It is fixed in 5.1.1 release
