We have received a request to pull the a multi-select picklist field into Staircase from the Company object in Gainsight to support product-level reporting in Staircase. However, Staircase does not support multi-select picklist fields at this time.
Has anyone figured out workarounds for this? From GS support, it does not appear this functionality is on the roadmap yet.
