Here are some questions/concerns my team has. Can you please advise?
The biggest gap that I’m hoping to fill is understanding what it was take to train the users/team on how to use the tool and the different components they will need to understand and use. Here’s a crack at some questions:
- How long will it take to implement this function of the tool?
- In a perfect world, what kind of behavior would we like to see the users exemplifying each day/week/month in order to say it was a successful rollout?
- How does the tool work/what are the functionalities?
