I am developing Success Plans for the CSM team and realize when they have a plan assigned to them they have to fill out description, highlights & action plan. Is there a way to add default text to these plans so they don’t need to fill this out each time? I am only able to edit the title. I do realize I can delete these and replace them with custom fields which may be the work around but before I do all that wanted to check here first.

Those are system fields that unfortunately don’t allow that. If you have Success Plan type specific info you want to add, you could look into updating the text via rule when you generate them, but in general you might want to go the custom route.
Keep in mind that field level default text will apply to every instance of the field, and it wouldn’t be type specific.
