Hello,

 

Any idea for an automated procedure to move already existing Success Plan from relationship 360 level to customer 360 level? without the need to move each one manually.

 

note that I’m a success manager using Gainsight not an administrator for the tool.

Howdy - @mzamzam - as an end user, there isn’t a way to mass update Success Plans within the application. There is an API for Success Plans that an admin might be able to make updates to existing Success Plans. Not sure if the entity can be changed from Relationship to Company.
