Can I create 1 universal template to be used across all my accounts?  Or do I have to create one for each account?

@MelissaC Often, you’ll see Success Plan Templates map to Use Case. That is, you’ll have one Success Plan Template for each Use Case you intend to take a customer through. A Use Case might be:

  • New Customer Onboarding
  • Recurring annual goal-setting and goal attainment assessment
  • Moving a customer out of a Red Health Score
  • Stepping an customer through expansion into a new feature set within your product

As a best practice, you won’t likely create one Success Plan Template per customer; that won’t scale. Also, you won’t likely create one universal Success Plan Template either, as the Use Cases vary (the 4 above are not all-inclusive) and the motions your CS and related teams will take likely vary as well.

Once you’ve built a solid Success Plan Template, then it is available for all your customers. That’s a great example of scaling your efforts; you build it once and it becomes available to your whole book of business.
