Me and my team are having trouble getting one of our newly created Success Plans to allow us to select the Templates we have created. We created Playbooks along with Tasks and the Templates aren’t showing up in the selection area for Templates when creating a new Success Plan. All of our other plans are working properly. What could be the problem here?

@cnduka I would start by checking that your Success Plan Templates are assigned to the Success Plan Type as you expect. When a user creates a Success Plan, only Success Plan Templates which correlate to the Success Plan Type will display as an available template.

When an administrator generates a Template, you can select a Success Plan Type of ALL, which means the Template is available to ALL Success Plan Types. Or, you can select 1 Success Plan Type, in which case that Template is available only to that single Success Plan Type.

And to answer a question that often comes up here, you cannot assign a Success Plan Template two or more specific Success Plan Types; your configuration choices are 1 Success Plan Type or ALL Success Plan Types.
