hi - is anyone using the supporlogic integration into Gainsight?
I wish there was some more action in this thread! Do you happen to use this integration? If so, have you found it to be helpful?
The Customer Care team is just rolling SupportLogic, and I’m interested on this too.

I have in the next few weeks with our CSM for SL and I am going to ask! If I have any outcomes I will post here.
I also am curious about the over lap with Staircase, and if it is a tool that should co-exist or if Staircase is powerful enough that SL is not needed.
