The Customer Care team is just rolling SupportLogic, and I’m interested on this too.

@ahamburg9 we had a hard tine getting support logic to demo this functionality - so we decided to bring the data into service cloud and then into Gainsight from service cloud

@Molly.McQ its hard to say as I could never get a demo….and unfortunately I am no longer at the company using supportlogic

I have in the next few weeks with our CSM for SL and I am going to ask! If I have any outcomes I will post here.

I also am curious about the over lap with Staircase, and if it is a tool that should co-exist or if Staircase is powerful enough that SL is not needed.
