I know we can use the rules engine to post things to a Slack channel, but is there any ways to bring Slack channel conversations into an accounts Timeline?

+6we are looking for this as well - we want to bring Slack conversations into timeline - but block Sally from retrieving info from Gainsight back into slack

Thank you for reaching out. Currently, there are no direct integrations from Slack to Timeline. The product team is planning to implement a Load to Timeline Action for Rules, but we do not expect it to be available until Q1 next year.
