Hi Everyone,

We’re really excited to share the new Timeline Horizon Experience Overview video. Watch the video to learn more about Timeline’s new look and new features, including:

  • Edit Activity Type after creating an activity
  • Create and save Timeline views
  • Filter Timeline data and use new search options
  • Manage drafts from a consolidated tab

    Hey @seth_schroeder are you the best person to suggest enhancements to the actual feature? Our team is looking to understand why the filter logic will not allow for “does not” logic, like does not equal or does not contain. Is this something coming in the future? cc @lindseyyoung5

    We’ve had some feedback that CSM would like to still view all the notes without having to expand. is there a way to set this?

    @gunjanm You can always create a new idea post for the feedback. For identification you can say New Timeline feedback. I am in process of collecting the feedback from Community on new Timeline and have a discussion with product team. Thanks
