I’m looking to create some new reports surrounding Timeline entries but I want to differentiate between the timeline entries that were created via the BCC to Timeline tool and the entries that were manually entered. Is this possible?

@jean.nairon is correct. There is a field called Source on the Activity Timeline object. Depending on whether you’re BCC’ing with the email address, or via the Chrome Plugin you’ll look for sources of INBOUND_EMAIL or CHROME_PLUGIN in the source field.

Hi @shane_mccoy - I haven’t created a report like this for a while but I believe there is a column called Source in the Timeline Activity object that tracks where the activity came from.
