Updating data on c360 by uploading a CSV

I’m running into issues with cyberduck.  What are other ways I can update data on the C360 from data in a csv?

By any chance, have you rotated your keys after the last release?
I’ve read in the Global Gainsight Admins Workspace that many admins had this issue when the Trusted IP Addresses feature was rolled out
 


Updating the connector will temporarily block your Cyberduck access to the bucket. To restore the connection, you must allowlist the public IP address of the network you are currently using.
