Hi Gainsight Community! I’m loving Text Analytics and Highlights in Takeaways. However, I’m wanting to make sure I’m utilizing the functionality to its full potential. I’m curious if anyone has created a custom view of the Text Analytics and/or any use cases for potentially creating a custom view: It seems pretty intuitive and straightforward. Since the analysis is of a specific set of data, I’m having trouble wrapping my head around a custom view outside of manipulating the aesthetics of the data in front of me. But of course, if I’m missing out and there’s a learning opportunity to be had, I’m all ears. Thanks so much!
