Hi, yes this is something that you can do in Salesforce. So you can have a process or rule fire when the value in a specific field changes. ISCHANGED is the Salesforce nomenclature.

“ISCHANGED :- Compares the value of a field to the previous value and returns TRUE if the values are different. If the values are the same, this function returns FALSE.”

I upvote this Idea. As it will be super helpful whenever the field value changes to trigger an event like CTA. Thanks!!
