We are looking for a way to give our Partners access to our quarterly success review decks. The partner can then use the deck to conduct QSRs and feedback via the Gainsight account widget, that sits in our ‘Partner Portal’.  My idea is to use JO to do this. Is is possible to derive a QSR deck and send via JO? If it is, how can I automate this to send every 3 months? We were thinking of using date first opportunity won as the start date + 3 months, recurring. We have relationships configured for our partners, therefore the relationship between account and partner is defined. 

What format is your QSR deck in? Is it a slide deck or a pdf? Is it templates or actual reports that are unique per customer or partner?

You have the ability to send reports via JO either in-line or a Share 360 view. This can be set up to send quarterly through some creative filtering.

 


The deck is a PPT.  It’s a template and some reports that are unique to the customer.

My question is can we derive these decks with reports to send via JO. If so, how?

If the deck is common for all customers then you can add it as an attachment and add the reports (unique to each customer) in the email body. If the deck is unique to each customer then you can use a drive link or url to give them access to the deck.
