What happens : Two way authentications is enabled?

Hi Community members,
I have one question related to user’s authentication on Gainsight CS.

In the situation as below capture, both DB and SAML auth are enabled, what will happens?

I am expecting that it works as below:
1. SAML auth is work as primary auth way.
2. DB auth doesn’t work in normal situation.
3. Once IdP of SAML is down, still GS user can log in to Gainsight by using DB auth (ID + PW).

Is my understanding correct?
If not, please let me know the correct behavior, thanks!
