It would be great to have separate global filters on GS Home in order to assign to different users.

Use case: User is not a CSM and is unable to see their CTA’s. Although, this works for most users it would be great to have different global filters to assign to different users that are not CSMs.

Hey @gschardan, thanks for posting on Community. Sounds like a great idea, forwarding this to the Product team to look into and circle back with their thoughts on the same.

Hi, Has there been any update on this front? We deployed last week and are facing this issue whereby support folks (aka not assigned to an account) can’t see their own CTAs or Timeline values because the Gainsight home filter is set to filter to the current user.

If we remove the filter, we then get some strong pushback from the CSMs because they odn’t see their book of business in the ribbon.

We need to have the ability to have a filter at the ribbon level, in addition to the global filter so we can cast a wide net with the global filter, yet filter down the ribbon. This will allow the My CTAs and Timeline views to be refined properly.
