When a risk CTA is flagged I need management to get notified that this CTA has been flagged. Is there a way I can change/manage who receives these notifications when they are flagged?
Something I've done in the past is have a 'Flagged CTA Report' on a manager's dashboard. Which filters down to the important CTA types you want to have on that dashboard and where 'isflagged = true' along with other standard filters such as status or priority.





If that is not an option for you, I would suggest creating a business process for your users where you can add a task to the CTA, 'Notifying Manager'. And have your end user assign just that task to their manager. 





Once flagged it will show up in their cockpit.





With the second option you also get the ability for the end user to know when the manager has viewed it as it will remain in their cockpit till it is closed. Consequently it also remains in yours till the CTA is closed.
