Zapier with Jira & Slack
Has anyone used Zapier in one of the two scenarios?
- Push data/fields from Gainsight into the Jira organization
- Push data from Gainsight into specific Slack channels
We’re trying to do both of these scenarios and figure Zapier may be a tool we could use.
