PX - Analytics

This course provides an in-depth look at using the analytics tools in Gainsight PX. We focus on how to build persona-based dashboards using widgets, query builder reports, funnels, path analysis reports, and retention analysis reports . This course includes two sessions. We will work together on hands-on exercises in a PX training environment to:

• Build a customized dashboard for a Marketing team that shows the data only they care about
• Add widgets to show specific data on your dashboard
• Build reports using query builder
• Analyze the path that a user takes when interacting with a product
• Build a dashboard that shows if a new release is successful
• Build a funnel to determine if engagements are leading to an increase in product usage

PX - Engagements

This course provides an in-depth look at creating engagements in Gainsight PX. We focus on how to onboard new users with in-app guides, drive additional use of new features with sliders and dialogues, gather point in time feedback with in-app surveys, and reach users when they're not in your product using email engagements. This course includes two sessions. We will work together on hands-on exercises in a PX training environment to:

• Create a dialog engagement to onboard new users
• Create an email engagement to introduce new users to your product
• Create a series of guide engagements to help new users interact with your product
• Create an NPS survey engagement to gather feedback from users
• Explore best practices for creating engagements in Gainsight PX

PX - Knowledge Center Bot

This course provides an in-depth look at creating a Knowledge Center Bot in Gainsight PX. We focus on building a new user onboarding Knowledge Center Bot using Gainsight PX to help drive engagement and product adoption. We will work together on hands-on exercises in a PX training environment to:

• Build a new user onboarding KC Bot
• Set the audience so the KC Bot only shows for new users
• Select the content from existing engagements
• Format the KC Bot using the editor in PX
• Create an Article with additional resources
• Use analytics to determine where users need additional assistance
