Filter activities related to Relationships on the C360 Timeline

Is it possible to add R360 activities to the 'select types' filter on C360 timeline. We enabled R360 timeline entries to roll up to C360. Our CSMs would like the ability to filter on R360 activities via C360 timeline. Hope that makes sense?!

A multi-select filtering option on the C360 Timeline (similar to the current Activity type filter) for visibility into Relationship-level Timeline entries could be really cool

Thanks @sai33335 This is a must for us - it allows our CSMs to filter through activity types to track certain activities in one place, otherwise they’re required to keep going to the relationship - not a great workflow.

@reneehouse - noted from your post a few years back :)

To follow on, I noted this filter on the Timeline page - I think this is part of the new Timeline UI? A filter like this on Timeline in C360 would be great.

Hello Everyone!

Happy to announce that your request has been partially considered and included as part of the v6.23 release (SFDC / NXT). Advanced Filters for Timeline Activities now contain more operators for filter configuration. This enhancement gives users flexibility when filtering data and creating reports. It also makes timeline filters consistent with the filters in other product areas, such as Report Builder and Rules Engine.

This feature is implemented in both SFDC & NXT versions.
