We have a lot of internal mobility, which means a CSM might be promoted, or move to a new role. When this happens, it’s common practice to shift around book of business of our CSMs.

 

In this scenario, CSMs want to unfollow their old accounts, and follow the new accounts. We already have turned on the Notification Settings to auto subscribe CSMs for company updates. But there is no way for admins or CSMs to report on Companies a CSM currently follows, to more quickly identify who to Unfollow.

 

The result is a CSM has to be reactive to Unfollow Companies as emails/notifications come through from their old book of business. This makes their notification centre/inbox clogged up with notifications that are irrelevant, and drives away focus from their current customers.

 

Idea would be to: 

(1) Have ability to report on what Companies you are following (I understand this might be available in SFDC, but not NXT).

(2) Have ability as an admin to Mass unfollow

What is the status of this?  We have a situation in our Organization for people who are not a gainsight licensed users that A) were assigned as a CSM before an account transitioned to our team and added to GS, then the Account transitioned to our group while they were still assigned, they now follow the old company and are receiving email notifications when a new CTA is created. They are no longer the CSM, either.  They aren’t a gainsight licensed user and cannot turn off or notifications or unfollow the company.  Please help!
