We’ve been using Engagement Monitoring in the Admin Console for PX to troubleshoot unexpected issues with our engagements. That said, Engagement Monitoring is difficult to use AFTER you’ve attempted to fix the engagement issues. Currently, you have to drill down into every error in an engagement to know if the error is still occuring or if there’s new errors present.
Ideally, I’d like to see a way where we can do the following:
- Remove an engagement from the list of engagements with errors so that Engagement Monitoring will populate with *new* engagement errors from that time forward.
- Remove a specific step name from the list of steps with errors when looking at the error details for an engagement.
Both of these features for Engagement Monitoring would make it easier to know when an error has been permanently fixed or when a new error arises.
