Admittedly, this isn’t high priority, but I think it should be considered for future improvements to the real-time experience any move towards social-like feeds and notifications. 

Congratulating each other is a nice human-to-human connection that could help build the sense of belonging and camaraderie in our communities. 

Use case that inspired this: Awarding badges for our hackathon winners, finalists, and participants. It’s the type of thing that on Linkedin (if shared as a badge or cert) would get a ton of engagement from the user’s network.
