Hi,

We had a customer reaching out with an issue with two different people having the same initials having the same colored icon, for example in the cockpit.

Image for representational purpose.

Would it be possible to have an option to edit the icon or atleast change the color?

Hello Everyone!

Happy to announce that your request has been considered and included as part of the v6.16 release. With this release, Admins can now add profile pictures while adding users manually from the User Management page. Admins can also update or remove the existing picture of any user from this page.

Please note, the photo is only visible in the user profile. Applications such as Timeline and Cockpit will support displaying the photo in a future release.

This feature is implemented in both SFDC & NXT versions.

Thanks for posting!

Hey @rakesh_lingala I added my picture but my CTAs are still with my initials? Is that intended or?

Also can we use the connector to import chatter photos from SF automatically for this?

Hi @HollySimmons  I added a clarification to Rakesh’s comment related to your first question. In this release, the photo is only visible in the user profile. Applications such as Timeline and Cockpit will support displaying the photo in a future release.
