Unable to make Customer Goal associated to a relationship at creation on C360

I am attempting to create a customer goal to prep to show a POC to our team, but when I attempt to create a test associated with a Relationship, the option does not exist from the creation in the C360, yet I have “relationship” as a field in the layout.

 

Ideally, a CSM would be able to create a customer goal from the C360 and associate to a relationship in the same step (as you can do with Success Plans). Otherwise, a CSM has to go to a R360 to create a goal to associate. This is an unnecessary step and create confusion bc the CSM has to go to multiple places to create a Goal.

 

We are looking to move off of Objectives under Success Plans to a simplified Customer Goals, but I am running into so many “simplifications” that I am not sure I can recommend the function…..

@andreammelde Valid feedback! We should be able to expose both Relationship and Opportunity fields from C360. + @Bhawya
